"I was sent the wrong item. I ordered an Oakland A’s all dark green corduroy coliseum hat and was sent a basic A’s hat that was also the wrong size. I requested a return 2 weeks ago immediately after and I still have yet to hear back from customer service. Overall, I would not recommend CAP USA NYC to anybody after this poor customer service experience.
