I am writing this to serve as a major caution before you visit. My experience was honestly terrible, leading me to drop my rating to a single star. I used to love this place, but it seems there’s been a massive shift. My conclusion about this visit is simple: The place sucks now. While the hats themselves are still nice, my opinion is that the experience is ruined. I found there was limited stock and sizes, and I learned that with new management, they only let you take 1 feather with a hat purchase. This isn’t the store it used to be, and I felt compelled to leave this public review and reach out to customer service immediately to discuss these disappointing policy changes.
