Let this serve as a cautionary tale about how quickly a positive shopping experience can be ruined by terrible follow-up service. I was excited to purchase a hat, but when I finally needed support to resolve an issue with my online purchase, the entire system fell apart. I wish I could say I had the fantastic experience with staff others have described, but my overall feeling was one of utter frustration. I found the service I received to be entirely unhelpful, and the experience was absolutely not fantastic.
