I saw all the amazing reviews praising staff, noting that "Jocelyn was amazing" for example, but my conclusion about the physical product I received was utterly disappointing. I waited weeks for my purchase, only for the item to arrive damaged beyond repair. My experience was anything but amazing. I was so upset that I immediately felt compelled to reach out to customer service and document my disappointment here.
Customer: I received my custom hat order today and the shipping box looked like it was kicked across the country. The hat itself is completely ruined.
