. This extreme lack of communication is why I finally decided to reach out to customer service directly, hoping to get an answer, or at least a refund, before writing this review.
Customer: I am calling about order #4582. It was placed nearly a month ago, and I have emailed your team multiple times over the last week without a single reply. Where is my hat?
