I am writing this to serve as a stark warning to anyone considering purchasing from this website. My online shopping experience has been an absolute disaster, emphasizing the importance of responsive customer service.
If I could give this place a 0 I would.
I ordered 3 hats two weeks ago, paying extra for priority shipping which promised 2-4 day delivery. After waiting a week, I emailed them and finally received a tracking number, but it’s a complete ghost shipment.
