Let me tell you about my terrible online shopping experience so you don't fall for the same pitfalls. I am absolutely appalled by the lack of follow-through from this company and the complete silence from their staff. I placed an order on 3/19 for a jersey and was instantly charged, but three weeks later, my item is still stuck in limbo. I got the tracking number via email but the status has not changed from pre-shipment since. It makes me wonder what's up with their customer service department or if they even have one, because I have emailed with no response or call back.
